Event - School was out and kids had the whole week to take part in various art-related workshops. Some of what they learned resulted in obscure artsy performances. Fine for those who love to interpret things, torture for the more pragmatic. Regardless, the Capoeira presentation rocked, and the cake-making performance/workshop (the whole audience participated) was just over the top!
Photography - I just couldn't make up my mind about using flash. It seemed too dark for non-flash yet too bright for flash. Overall, in the confusion of switchig between numerous settings I ended up shooting the potentially best pics (the kids with the cakes) using ISO 3200, with flash, at close range - witness the disaster:)
