Event - Estonian Championships in Gymnastics. Kind of sad that in the end there were more competitors than there was audience for them (see the last pictures in the gallery). The gymnasts sure gave their all. And some of their capabilities were just amazing.
Photography - since flash is a no-no at gymnastics, I bumped the ISO to 3200, shifted to aperture priority mode with constant maximum aperture and hoped to achieve as high a shutter speed as possible under such conditions to get adequate exposure. The result - lots of blur due to low shutter, due in turn to slow lens and low light, lots of cropping room due to limited lens range (DRebel kit lens), lots of noise due to high ISO (somewhat reduced by NeatImage) - but I'm happy anyway:)
